The Rams had a road trip on Thursday against the Red Land Patriots. Coming off a difficult loss Tuesday night at Cumberland Valley, the Rams play was sluggish at the start. The Patriots were looking to capitalize on this.

The Rams scored the first two goals and looked like they were getting the game in control. The Patriots repeatedly fought back and by halftime had brought the score within two at 5-3 in CD’s favor.

The third quarter went the Patriots way for most of the time and saw the score knotted at six goals apiece.

The Rams had enough by the opening of the fourth quarter and rattled off several goals midway through the frame. As the game drew closer to the end, the Rams keep-away strategy worked to seal the game. Final score was 10-6.

CD’s ability to consistency execute on ground balls and clears were critical throughout the day.

Boys Lacrosse moves to 4-1 on the season.

Rams will next face Cedar Crest at home on Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
